I first obtained my real
estate license in 1974, and started my real estate career
here in Amador County with this same agency (then Mother
Lode Realty). I then obtained my broker's license in 1976.

am a GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), a designation I
earned in 1989 after completing extensive (90+ hours) course
work in the technical and legal aspects of real estate marketing
and transactions. (Less than 12% of Realtors in America
hold this designation.)

In
1991 I earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
designation after completing extensive course work in
various areas of real estate such as local market knowledge,
up-to-the-the-date industry information, real estate investment,
real estate law, etc. (Only 5 percent of all REALTORS®
have earned CRS certification.)
I also leverage the power of the internet for my clients' benefit, as evidenced by my eCertified® designation. This certification is earned by Prudential Realtors who demonstrate competence in the use of the Internet and related technology for the benefit of their clients.

As an eager learner, I
continue to take classes in new and updated real estate
procedure and related fields, which enables me to offer
a higher standard of assistance and professionalism to you.
For example, I am currently completing course work in online
real estate marketing strategies to earn my "e-PRO"
designation.
